TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Although I have enjoyed Peaks games and tracking method, their customer support is terrible. They have taken my money, but they have not allowed me access to Peak Pro. Their "Help" finally acknowledges that this is an issue, but in the meantime, I have lost almost 2 months off of my 1 year subscription! Although it was on sale, its still not fair to cheat me out of my money - more importantly, I want to play & start from now, January 21,2016!!
